Casa Cuevas Cigars

Juan Cuevas, a Spanish immigrant, began a family tobacco business in 19th century Cuba. After his son expanded the business, political events in 1959 forced a change. Today, Luis Cuevas Sr. and Jr. handcraft premium, long filler cigars in the Dominican Republic under the family-owned factory, Tabacalera Las Lavas. Having manufactured cigars for notable brands for decades, the Cuevas family now produces and markets their own high-end, premium cigar.
