HORACIO (aka Don Horacio del Monte), is a boutique company created by two Costa Rican based French-men (Fabian Gil and Christophe Leroy). Their diverse catalog began with premium cigars from Costa Rica, and have since expanded with a Nicaraguan premium line made by THECA.
